THE TEAM
Founding Partner
Joyce Felisa B. Domingo is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with a degree in Philosophy. She obtained her Law degree from San Sebastian College of Law. She previously worked as a legal advisor at Siam Legal, Thailand’s largest Legal Service Network with foreign and Thai lawyers providing comprehensive legal services. She also worked as a legal consultant at the Commission on Information and Communications Technology. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Prime Immigration and Business Consulting, Inc., an immigration and business consulting firm. Her previous work experiences has provided her with the proven competence and expertise in litigation, corporate, labor, family, business, taxation and immigration laws. She has extensive experience in corporate organization and structuring, dealing with PEZA and BOI related concerns, BPO operations and franchising.
Her practice areas include intellectual property law, family law, real estate transactions, corporate law, immigration, taxation and litigation. She also specializes in estate planning and handles judicial and extrajudicial settlement of estates.
Managing Partner
Charo V. Rejuso-Munsayac is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with a degree in Public Administration. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda College of Law. Upon graduation, she joined Roco Kapunan Migallos & Luna Law Offices where her practiced areas included litigation, corporate law, labor law and intellectual property. For almost five years, she served as in-house counsel for Philippine Seven Corporation, a publicly-listed company specializing in 7-Eleven store franchising and operations, and its subsidiaries. As such in-house counsel she dealt with a variety of legal, business, administrative and related concerns which strengthened her professional competence in corporate, intellectual property, labor and business laws, franchising, human resources administration and corporate housekeeping.
Her practice areas include corporate law, intellectual property, litigation of family cases and franchising. She also specializes in labor laws and assists clients in dealing with labor-related issues and preparation of employee-related policies, procedures and manuals.
